Carmen Cordera is the founder and CEO of Drafft Diseñadores Asociados. Established in 1979, Drafft is a visual communication studio that has received numerous awards and recognitions for its quality and effectiveness.

In 1990, she founded the Mexican Design Gallery (GMD) as a forum to connect designers with society and its demands. Since its inception, GMD has presented nearly 180 exhibitions, featuring over 750 designers, architects, and artists from Mexico and around the world.

She is also a founding member of Quórum, the Council of Mexican Designers, where she served as president from 1995 to 1997.

Additionally, she has participated in various international design conferences and exhibitions in the United States, Europe, and Mexico.
